It has ornate trim and Victorian features such as double-hung style windows (non-working), octagonal dormer windows, a bay window, a two-panel door with two Palladian style windows and fancy trim. No nails or screws are needed to assemble. The stairway (without railing) is included. The door and silk-screened windows have interior trim. Each floor has a divider wall that can be placed where you choose or left out completely for larger rooms. The detailed trim and decorative front porch add to its charming authenticity.
